At On Point Disposal, we strive to provide reliable dumpster rental services with clear and fair policies. Please review our refund policy below:
Standard Cancellations

Orders canceled at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled delivery may receive a refund, minus any processing fees.
Late Cancellations

A $150 cancellation fee will automatically apply if:

The dumpster is canceled within 1 hour of the scheduled delivery time, OR
-
The driver is already en route to deliver, OR
-
The dumpster is canceled upon driver’s arrival.

The remainder of the rental cost will be refunded.
After Delivery

Once the dumpster has been delivered, no refunds will be issued, even if unused or partially used.
Additional Fees (Non-Refundable)
The following fees are not refundable and will be billed as applicable under our Terms & Conditions:

$8 per day or $56 per week for additional time beyond the rental period

$150 per ton over the included weight allowance

$100 per mattress or box spring
-
$8–$25 per tire
-
$300+ hazardous materials fee
-
Service fees for blocked access or relocation requests
Hazardous Materials

Hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.

If found, a $300+ fee will automatically be charged.

Any additional fines or disposal costs required by facilities will also be billed to the Customer.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
